本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、StudyQuest（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は、ユーザーと本アプリの開発者（以下「当方」）との間の本アプリの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
本アプリは、個人の学習支援を目的としたエンターテインメントアプリです。本アプリの利用にあたり、ユーザーは以下を遵守するものとします。
（1）法令および本規約に違反する行為をしないこと
（2）本アプリの改ざん、リバースエンジニアリング、不正利用をしないこと
（3）他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害しないこと
（4）不正な手段でゲーム内データを操作しないこと
本アプリでは、Apple App Store または Google Play Store を通じたアプリ内課金を提供しています。
（1）課金はすべて各プラットフォーム（Apple / Google）の決済システムを通じて行われます。
（2）購入完了後のキャンセル・返金は、各プラットフォームのポリシーに従います。当方が独自に返金を行うことはできません。
（3）サブスクリプション（定期課金）は、有効期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動的に更新されます。
（4）解約は、端末の設定（App Store / Google Play の定期購入管理）から行えます。
（1）ゲーム内通貨（ゴールド）およびアイテムは、本アプリ内でのみ使用できるものであり、現金への換金はできません。
（2）当方は、ゲームバランスの調整のため、アイテムの性能・価格を変更する場合があります。
（1）セーブデータはユーザーの端末内に保存されます。
（2）端末の故障、アプリの削除等によるセーブデータの消失について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
（3）機種変更時のデータ引き継ぎ機能は現在提供しておりません。
（1）本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性を含む一切の保証をいたしません。
（2）本アプリの利用により生じた学習効果、成績の変動等について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
（3）通信環境やサーバーの障害等により、本アプリが一時的に利用できない場合があります。
本アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（画像、テキスト、音声、プログラム等）の知的財産権は当方に帰属します。
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内での告知をもって効力を生じます。
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of StudyQuest ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all interactions between you and the developer of the App ("we/us").
The App is an entertainment application designed to support personal study habits. Users shall not: violate any laws or these Terms, tamper with, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App, infringe on the rights of others, or manipulate in-game data through unauthorized means.
The App offers in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payments are processed through each platform's payment system. Cancellations and refunds follow each platform's policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation can be managed through your device's subscription settings.
In-game currency (Gold) and items can only be used within the App and cannot be exchanged for real money. We may adjust item attributes and prices for game balance purposes.
Save data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, etc. Cross-device data transfer is not currently available.
The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any academic outcomes resulting from use of the App.
All content in the App (images, text, audio, code) is our intellectual property.
We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect upon notification within the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

存档数据保存在您的设备本地。我们不对因设备故障、应用删除等导致的数据丢失负责。
本应用按"现状"提供，不作任何保证。我们不对使用本应用产生的任何学习成果负责。
本应用中的所有内容（图片、文字、音频、代码）均为我们的知识产权。
我们可能会根据需要更新本条款。更新后的条款在应用内通知后生效。
本条款受日本法律管辖。
